Hybrid CoE invited its national and organizational Points of Contact (POCs) to Helsinki to learn about the Centre’s recent and upcoming work, and to connect with fellow POCs and Hybrid CoE staff.
“It’s a great pleasure to welcome the points of contact from across our Participating States for two days of networking, exchanging ideas and catching up with Hybrid CoE’s most recent work,” said Tapio Pyysalo, Hybrid CoE’s Head of International Relations. “Points of Contact are our primary network of government officials coordinating cooperation between Hybrid CoE and its Participating States’ governments, and we’re happy we can bring them all together in Helsinki.”
The two-day programme allowed for interactive sessions and networking.
The event included topical briefings on threat actors, regions, and methods of monitoring and countering hybrid threats. The two-day programme also allowed interactive sessions, networking and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues from different Participating States.
This was the third biannual POC meeting, and it included Ukraine’s first attendance as an enhanced partner. Ukraine nominated its first POC for Hybrid CoE last year.
