Digital resilience is a key capability in countering hybrid threats. As a member of the project consortium, Hybrid CoE supports the EU-iNSPIRE project, which aims to develop Europe’s cybersecurity skills by training a new generation of cyber experts. Applications for three advanced master’s programmes developed through this EU-funded project are now open.
The programmes have a technical, research, and business focus, and there are also flexible cybersecurity certifications that can be completed in a few days or weeks. The degrees are co-designed by European universities, industry partners, and cybersecurity experts.
Hybrid CoE recognizes the need for greater expertise in a rapidly developing field. Cyber is a critical domain that acts as a connecting tissue for different areas of society. Hybrid threats in the cyber domain can have far-reaching effects on the economy, energy supply, and broader societal resilience.
“To respond effectively, societies need to better identify, understand, and address cyberattacks, while strengthening awareness, preparedness, and know-how across sectors,” says Tomáš Michalčík, Project Manager at Hybrid CoE.
The EUiNSPIRE master’s programmes are delivered by the University of Piraeus in Greece and the École des Ponts Business School in Paris. All three programmes last 18 months, are fully remote, and are taught in English.
MSc applications are open from 13 August – 21 September 2026, and MBA applications from 18 August – 25 September 2026.
