Kirsi Pere has extensive experience in communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement. Before joining Hybrid CoE, she served as Senior Communications Manager at Finnfund, a Finnish development financier and impact investor. She has also held various positions at the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Environment, where she focused, among other things, on communications and stakeholder engagement related to sustainable development, multilateral development policy, and international climate policy. In addition, she has worked in consultancy and journalism. Kirsi holds a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Helsinki. A native Finn, she has also gained international experience by studying and working in France, the UK, and Türkiye.
