Katja Kärkkäinen joined Hybrid CoE in February 2026 to lead the newly established HR team. She previously served as HR Director at the Centre for Occupational Safety in Finland. Prior to that, she held various HR and HRD positions, as well as management consultancy roles at companies such as Orion, Deloitte and Accenture. She began her professional career in 2004 at the Prime Minister’s Office as an HR trainee. Katja holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Tampere.
