Open vacancy – COORDINATOR for Research & Analysis function

The Hybrid CoE is hiring a coordinator for its Research & Analysis function. The coordinator will be responsible for the organisation and management of the CoE’s expert pools, their meetings and work in support of the CoE. In addition to the expert pool related tasks, the coordinator will provide research and administrative support to the Research & Analysis function.

A qualified candidate should have a master’s degree and previous experience with tasks related to the vacant position. Professional working proficiency in English (working language of the CoE) and a good command of two other official languages of the CoE participating states are required.

The applicant has to be a citizen of the Hybrid CoE participating country. A security clearance will be required.

The salary for the position is 2300-2500 euros/month. Contract term: 1.6.2020-31.12.2021.

The Hybrid CoE is an independent network-based international hub for practitioners and experts building its participating states’ capabilities to counter hybrid threats by sharing best practices, testing new ideas and approaches and providing training courses and exercises. The CoE cooperates closely with the EU and NATO. Current participating states are Austria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the UK and the USA.
