The European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats is seeking a coordinator for its International Relations (IR) function. The coordinator is responsible for administering the Centre’s key stakeholder networks and strategic partnerships, and supports the Head of IR in all outreach- related activities. The coordinator is in charge of planning and coordinating meetings and visits to Hybrid CoE, including the meetings of Hybrid CoE’s Steering Board. In addition, the coordinator supports the broader administrative processes within the IR function and at the Centre as a whole.
Qualifications: the preferred candidate will have a suitable master’s degree and previous experience of relevant tasks, preferably in government or in the field of international relations. Professional working proficiency in English and a good command of two other official languages of Hybrid CoE’s Participating States are required. The salary for the position is 2800-3200 euros/month.

The European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats is an international and independent expert organization of 30 Participating States, with a Secretariat in Helsinki, Finland. Hybrid CoE’s mission is to improve the preparedness and capabilities of its Participating States in countering hybrid threats, and to strengthen cooperation between the European Union and NATO in this respect. Hybrid CoE employs around 35 experts of different nationalities, and the working language at the Centre is English.
